Actually i agree with you.. The same thought came to my mind... both are still wet and in the room... Because unless a Mitwa moment (even if its a little moment) comes, the whole scene doesn't make any sense. I mean Zoe getting all J of Tanveer and going to repair her birth room, and both Asad and Zoe getting wet.. there has to be a reason for them getting drenched..they wouldn't show them getting all wet so that we can see just some cute bickering between them in the birth room... If it was to show Tannu's evil advances towards Asad,seeing Asad wet, then it makes some sense,but tannu's advances also got halted without any mishap because of Zoe.. so the only conclusion is something happening between Asad and Zoe..
the scene started with Zoe getting J because of Tanveer's actions and might end with Tanveer getting jealous or angry seeing something between Asad and Zoe..

That makes sense to me... But don't keep too much hope. we don't know Cvs mind.😃
