Asad after knowing the truth that Zoya never was reckless with the cylinder, that her recipe was just a tool used by someone else to fulfill an evil motive, would definitely want to apologise.
This time the guilt would be heavier and hence his apology should be more emotional (not mechanical like the one after the allergy incident)

A moment like this should turn out to be a revealation!

Asad and Zoya's relationship has atleast reached a point where Asad can wipe off Zoya's tears(or so do I believe)
If we go as per the SBS segment in which they mentioned about Asad's realization of the truth then there's no reason why this moment can't be real!
If in a fair time of four months, Asad can go on to ask ki "Agar aap itni batmeez hain toh mujhe itni acchi kyon lagti hain" and Zoya can reply with "Its simple Mr Khan kyunki aap mujhe pasand karte hain...main bhi aapko bahot pasand karti hoon"(under intoxication they actually told each other what they feel)
then a sequence like can surely take place!
ofCourse, CVs will go on to play the hide n seek game, after all the show is just 4-5 months old.
