Laila - I understand that you look for logic and meaning behind several actions when you watch a show. So do I, to be honest. That's actually the reason I don't watch QH regularly. I just saw the ending of this episode yesterday, and I too, was plagued by the same questions. However, firstly, we didn't know WHO this Tanveer lady was and what was her business in the Khan household. Yesterday, that was revealed too. Now, all we have to do is wait for sometime and let the dominoes fall.

Even if we do have questions, all we can do at this point in time is have theories and wild guesses.

I do question. I want to know the same things as you and everyone else. But I do know that usually everything is not revealed at least until the villain (in this case Tanveer and Razia) gets caught. Until then we just have to wait and see how things are going to unravel. Im looking forward to it.

Laila, even I have this question from the time Tanveer appeared- how could Asad recognize her after 20 years, that too from a far distance he recognized her and ran to her! I don't know whether we will get answer for this or not, may be we have to leave it as a blooper 😕
Regarding Tanveer backstabbing Asad- right now she is a greedy woman who agreed to join hands with Razia for money! We have to wait to know if she has any other motive than money! Right now I am okay to buy that she joined hands with Razia for money. In reality we have seen so many people stooping low even to the extent of killing own sibling for money, so its not surprising to see a old friend to trick you for money!
