March 22:( Maybe I will update my thoughts after the ME.)
Dear diary,
Another eventful week gone by! So many idols came crashing down! Hmmm...
ASAD:
He must feel like he is fighting a losing battle against his Abbu, NOT BECAUSE the case was scrapped, but the way he was betrayed by all he loved. The worst was Ayan pointing out the difference between sautela and saga- RUBBING SALT INTO WOUNDS?😭 And to top it all allegations through the television...A beautiful relationship gone awry!😭
Tanveer does not make any difference to Asad. Infact, he seemed secretly glad that Zoya ate up the toast and jam...somewhere in the corner of jahanpanah's heart- one laddoo exploded!😳
Ms. New York is exercising some sign of apnapan...so he never picked on her for that!😳
But she reveals her incompetency time and again😕, (though this was Tannu's chaal😡)..and he accuses her again.
ZOYA:
She is on a quest- for two men.
She wants to solve the puzzle that is Asad Ahmed Khan- kyun farak padta hai?😳 Why does it matter to her that Jahanpanah gives any attention at all to Tanveer? Why is it that jam has suddenly become her favourite food?
And her father. Why did he leave her mother? Would he accept her at all?
ASAD- ZOYA.
Asad cannot stop himself from feeling Zoya's pain. He wants to be there, right beside her, drying her tears...crushing her pain in his embrace.
And he secretly smiles when he sees her madness back the very next day at the breakfast table...she is back to annoying him...all is well with Zoya Farooqui!
But he has no patience with her when she messes up on her mission- Mission Babysit Tanveer!
Really, he just cannot stand that trait of carelessness about her! Sometimes it really looks like she is all Asad sees- Ms. Farooqui this, Ms. Farooqui that!
And YES! She is all he sees now! The smiley she made for him...the zest with which she eats the kachori- THAT HE BOUGHT FOR HER!...the bit that remained on her lips, that he would love to lick away, but propriety deems that he offer her a tissue so that she can wipe it herself!
And Zoya knows her jahanpanah so well, she can predict him to the T...he will hold her accountable for everything that goes wrong! Today it might be Tanveer, tomorrow it will be a misplaced file, mismatched tie, ...his world revolves around her...ALREADY!
ASAD- AYAN:
It was painful to watch the equation see sawing through the week.
Ayan made a point to his bhaiijaan- you proved you are sautela. Why? Because that was the pain his bhaiijaan had made him go through- the price he had to pay for his father's freedom- his own freedom!
And he had to sacrifice his ideals and arrange for it by the wrong means.
I think Ayan was trying to JUSTIFY HIMSELF BADLY when that line came out. He stood pale in comparison to his brother who had turned a deaf ear to the pleas of the person he respected and loved the most, his Ammi- whereas Ayan had made a deal with the devil!What good can come out of it even if he succeded? He tried to reassure himself- justify his actions in front of that stalwart of a man his brother was! And he was quick to repent. He knew he had crossed his limit with that dialogue. Hence, the fear that came with Feroz's accusation- would Bhaiijaan misunderstand him?
Asad closes the doors to his heart this time(Last time it was Ayan who did it.)...he had been misunderstood by his brother- he had been accused in plain words by HIM that he was on a mission to take revenge on their father- that itself had hurt him a lot. After that, came the bitterness of Ayan's sagaa- sautela statement...and he is not willing to forget or forgive...NOT YET!😊
I am loving this tension between the brothers. Gives us a wonderful insight in to the man Asad is. He will not be swayed by his dearest brother, even when he loves him more than himself...because Rashid and now Ayan has not just wronged him, but also the innocent and poor, for whom justice must be sought!
Ayan has DEVIATED from the path of truth that EVERY MAN MUST FOLLOW!
THREE WOMEN: Dilshad, Shireen and Raziya.
DILSHAD AND RAZIYA:
Two women who were in the same situation 17 years back...They were confronted with their husband's infidelity. One decided to embrace the result of that, since he had asked with a repentant heart. The other decided to destroy the woman who caused it, and orphan the child her husband had fathered. She pushed her into the harsh reality of the world, with no second thoughts!
SHIREEN AND RAZIYA:
Two women who are in the same situation today. They have their husbands pining for children from another woman. Shireen UNDERSTANDS and awards her husband the right.
Whereas Raziya uses it to stab his heart further with more accusations- she reminds him it was HIS FAULT. His fault that she ended up committing a murder- an unforgivable mistake- but it was HIS FAULT. And no way is she going to tolerate him looking for his lost daughter. RAZIYA IS SELFISH. She does not understand the pain that her husband goes through, unlike Shireen who allowed Rashid to go to Dilshad when she knew his heart desired it.
RAZIYA AND ZOYA'S DAD:
Mr. Siddiqui fell in love with a woman during a visit to the US- and he took the relationship one step further. He returned home and was not allowed to pursue the relationship. He married Raziya under pressure, not knowing about the child he had fathered. His past comes calling 3 years later- and his wife strikes the woman down in a crime of passion. AND SHE HOLDS HIM RESPONSIBLE! IT WAS ALL HIS FAULT, THAT HE HAD FATHERED A CHILD WITH ANOTHER WOMAN! AND TO THIS DAY, SHE HOLDS THAT AS THE TWINE WITH WHICH SHE MAKES THE PUPPET MOVE.
Even when he repents, he cannot make amends...because she makes him believe it was his crime, to begin with.
And the awful thing is, Raziya believes firmly in this mad theory- HER MURDER PALES IN COMPARISON TO HIS INFIDELITY. (Which it was not, since it was prior to their marriage.)
Of particular note was the CONVICTION with which she confessed her crime to Badi Bi- You want to know why I did it? Hear me out! You will agree with my motive! I had every right to kill the woman who dared to come in between me and my husband!
ZOYA AND HER DAD!:
I feel really bad for Zoya. Zeenat tried to deter her from this mission- she knew it would only bring her heartache. But she allowed her to go on, because she knew it is essential for Zoya to move on from her past.
When Zoya knows her dad kept her mother's death a secret- that he probably never even loved her...won't her heart be broken? Will she ever be able to forgive? Will she want to forgive? But will she able to move on without accepting and forgiving?
What punishment awaits Siddiqui, for allowing his daughter to be taken into a yateemkhana?
He has a lot of love for his children. Time and again, he has expressed it with Humeira. And he has expectations too- that they will live a worthy life- not tarnish his image in society- the reason why he got upset with Humeira in Ayan's bed...When will his eyes open to the realisation that he has been living a life of DUPLICITY and his acts are unforgivable in the eyes of his God and his children?BASICALLY, ANOTHER AWESOME WEEK OF QH!
I don't want to ruin it with an analysis on Badi Bi's brains!😆
I might come up with it in relation to the ME today!

March 17:
Dear diary,
Was restless throughout the week, since we were force fed a depleted Mitwa Diet, with a Yucky Tanveer flavor! 😭But then, the doctor said it is good for a healthy AsYa, so we are all taking it with pinches of salt and buckets of water.😕
Some of us end up throwing up a bit, some a lot, but on the whole, I think the forum has stayedpink and healthy and funny and mad and cute as ever!
So here is the latest from the world of AsYa .😳
Asad- Zoya:
Nope. I will not mention Tanveer in the heading, Haddis😡 don't deserve that honour!
So, Where is Asad and Zoya now?🤔
Asad started out being VERY VERY upset with cutiepie Zoya, after he came to know she had hatched up the entire plan to delay him from attending the court. I guess this is something that IRRITATES him a lot about her. HE WANTS TO DO THE RIGHT THING, and she goes about ruining everything with her interfering busy body nature. He has seen a dead body and wants justice to be served. She has seen the same too, but for some inexplicable crazy reason wants to side with his Ammi who has never moved on from the man who had destroyed her life.
WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN ALL THIS?
Poor Asad. He can't trust his mom. He can't trust his crazy guest, and he can't trust his heart that refuses to obey his commands any more. He is a PERSECUTED MAN, I say!
On TOP of that cutiepie started acting really strange and PROJECTED the very same things that irritate him about her. She started reciting HORRIBLE POETRY😭 😆(sorry, Zoya) in front of his guest, got into the annoying habit of interrupting with his quality time (*cough* *regurgitate* *vomit*) with his childhood friend😡, messed up the breakfast plates and threw coffee on his guest!👏😆
DID SHE NOT GET THE MESSAGE THAT HE WAS VERY ANGRY WITH HER FOR MAKING HIM MISS THE COURT???
As if all this was not enough, she let the gas leak! HEIGHTS OF IRRESPONSIBILITY!Though it was not poor Zoya's fault. Hush… Only the real culprit and we audience know that. Even Zoya herself thinks she did it!😉
Needless to say, she got BLASTED for that too! WHAT A HORRIBLE MESS ZOYA IS IN!😭
A word of advice to Zoya: I won't ask you to leave the house. But you really should keep away from Mr. Khan for a while. Until he has cooled down, that is. Every attempt of yours at reconciliation is painting you more and more in bad light, esp in comparison to Tanveer- so TREAD CAREFULLY, sweetie.
What is on Zoya's mind?
For a moment, I think she was engulfed by the green monster…which left her with a possessiveness, the reason for which she is searching…KYUN FARAK PADTA HAI?
Tanveer: Least bothered about her.She is just an instrument to strengthen the AsYa bond. Has not irritated me so far.🥱
Asad- Ayan:
Ayan is angry with bhaiijaan. He has allowed their ABBU TO COME IN BETWEEN THEM. He has started calling bhaiijaan SAUTELA!
Asad is heartbroken over the strained realations with Ayan, just like it had been with Ammi….but he cannot stop fighting for justice. Only, Ayan thinks it is a part of his personal vendetta. How badly you have misunderstood your bro, Ayan!
Dilshad- Shireen:
Wonderful!👏
Loved the dialogue from Dilshad, "Barson pehle uske Abbu ko rok nahi paayi, ab bte ko kaise rokoongi?" PRECISELY!😈
When it comes to the man they both have to share, the two women decide to share their fears and tears. They know only the other can understand their pain. Especially for Shireen, who is a very weak person…she turns to 'the woman of substance' she knows.
Will this camaraderie last long? Once Rashid is out, I guess the two women will decide to get back with their lives as they have known it for 17 years.😊

Ammi just grabbed the papers from her hands. Would Humeira be in a mindset to study so earnestly, just then???😕
2. Nikhat – Humeira promoting Pavitra Rishta.🥱

Nikhat's father is in jail. Her granny is bedridden. Her mom and bro are trying their best to release her dad. Would she be upset with Ayan at this point? Would Ayan be even in his usual sis- teasing mood?😲
You could've shown Nikhat worrying about Asad and Ayan instead. Had more credibility and WOULD HAVE REALLY MADE A LOT OF SENSE!😊
3. Scene from last week: Nikhat- Humeira, again.😡
4. That Anaemia health education capsule.
Had a lot of us confused. I even wondered if Nikhat was pregnant.😲 When did she get married?
Again use your brains! You have half a dozen college kids around! USE THEM!
Humeira could have been making a poster and explaining to Nikhat. OR Tamatar could have been asking Zoya to help her with the poster.⭐️
