I don't mean to offend you or anyone reading my post, but I do feel that Dilshaad has been perfectly fair to Asad in allowing him to go to court and give evidence against her love (Rashid), which could result in a death sentence. So why shouldn't Asad give his mother full freedom to try her level best to save Rashid? Fair's fair.

Yes bribing someone is crime but putting an innocent person in jail is also crime. Rashid did some mistakes in his life but he does not deserve this punishment for the crime which he has not committed. If Asad can put him in jail without sufficient proofs den Dilshad can also bribe someone to save an innocent person. If you are saving right person by wrong way, its justified..

Shireen is not at all selfish. She loves Rashid and trusts that he is innocent. She is helpless and asked Dilshad for help. Both women love their man and want to save him. Shireen did nothing wrong. Its good that unlike some characters, she doesn't have ego problem. Her love for Rashid is much more than her ego thats why she could ask Dilshad for help.. Rashid is framed by Razia and Mamu then he chose to live with Sheerin so its not at all her fault. She loves Rashid and has pure soul..

Btw, Dilshaad knew she was doing something wrong otherwise why couldn't she just tell Asad that she was withdrawing it.

Also just because somebody gave birth to you doesn't mean they can walk off with large amounts of money to do something illegal!

But I'd like to further elaborate on point 1. Dilshaad willingly and ungrudgingly worked for perhaps 17-22 years of her life to bring Asad up in a way that made him capable of rising to and holding a high office. In doing so she would have worked very hard and made countless sacrifices. She would have looked after his emotional and physical well-being and taught him management skills and the work ethic that he needed to rise to the top. Managing the house and bringing up kids are challenging tasks that most housewives and mothers do. Just because these jobs are unpaid, does not mean that they are without value. Just the contrary in fact. I can and would love to go on about this. However, I'll cut to the chase - Dilshaad has more than earned that money.

The rest of your points - since it is Dilshaad's money, I don't really care how she uses it.

In your next post you ask why did Dilshaad not inform Asad. Perhaps she was in too much of hurry and didn't think about it. That doesn't mean that she won't tell him she has withdrawn the money. Her character sketch is not of a coward - she has more than enough guts and integrity to look Asad in the eye and tell him an unpleasant truth.
