Ayaan and Zoya would be the limit...but apparently that's what we have to look forward to...

But frankly for me, nothing can redeem Asad any more...

I was curious to see whether could "rescue" this character from the slap...they made a very half-hearted attempt that didn't succeed in my books...Now he continues with appalling emotional abuse and I just don't think the makers of this show have any creativity beyond the same ol' same ol' insipid mitwaaablahblahblah...

I agree Mira, for me I cnt see Asad being redeemed to my liking either!
Just cannot believe the lack of creativity that we cnt get past the creative stage of the ever so horrendous Mitwa, which also lacks the much needed lyrics!🤢"Ishq pe zor naihin"was probably preconceived notion from the beginning on CV's part to support as tagline to Asad's unacceptable, aggressive behaviour!

Kirann, I have to agree with you abt Asad. There's a side to him that's disturbingly sadistic. To an extent, one can excuse cutting comments (only partly, because words can wound greatly) if they are made in ignorance of the whole situation. Or if uttered in the heat of the moment. But for Asad to know the truth about Zoya's (lack of) family and her 'tadap' to find her father and her mother's grave, and then to say later when he had cooled down that she is not fit to belong to any family, is unforgiveable in my books. He is really not a nice human-being. And if Zoya still wants him knowing his nasty streak, then she needs help.

@shaaz: Armaan was amazing. He was a prankster but had a heart of gold. He always helped his friends and was very intelligent. He understood everyone's pain. He was very relatable and lovable. His love for Ridhima always had me in awe. KSG nailed romance. Just the intensity in his eyes was enough to make me go weak on my knees. Their romance lasted for 3 years but I never ever got bored. Armaan was funny as hell. Everything about that show was amazing. All the couples and actors till first season. I seriously love that show despite its flaws. I can watch it forever and ever. Second season was .awaste but there were still some AR scene where I bawled my eyes out.
Anyways, sorry for that long rant. I can go on and on about DMG but this isnt th right place. I think KSG is doing an amazing job as Asad too. I just love the way he portrays his pain. His eyes kill me. Only Lord knows how im gunna take KSG crying. Right now im so excited for redemption but wheb time cones ill bawl my eyes out. The reason we do not like asad is cuz of his characterization. I don't find flaws in Karans acting. I'm not being biased here. Its just the character I would say. But that's just how I feel.
P.S. Ignore typos. Im on phone right now.

I guess. Thats their plan but honestly i dont want any romantic angle between them. For me the end game should be Asad zoya and Ayaan Humeira. I can take friendship between zoya ayaan but no more than that. I would love to see Karan Wahi in the show who kinda develops feelings for zoya and then burning Asad. I might hate Asad arm but he will have to end with zoya once he pats for all the pain he put through.

KSG as Armaan was brilliant and season 1 was abosutely brilliant and could watch most of AR romance and all other character antics too but like you've said this probably isn't the right place for it!KSG has done a great job with Asad too and I honestly cannot fault him for his acting abilities as he is no doubt an exceptional actor who portays with every pore of his being..it's just that the characterization of Asad has been butchered to such an extent that I'm finding it hard to find a little of something for me to like about Asad. For me just the sheer good looks and well maintained physique is just not enough for me to over look some of his acts.We need a major redemption track that will tug at those heart strings to indulge further and feel the sincerety of his character.

Exactly my point. That was just below the belt
