First you have to decide if she is his friend first before concluding if she is Bilo Rani.

Maybe Tanveer is doing all this for money as i saw someone mention. I don't think it would be possible for Razia to get a look alike that knows everything about Asad and his family within a couple of days. That would mean getting a hold of the real one and getting info about Asad from her...That seems far fetched.

Maybe Billo is Billo but at the same time Razia sent Tanveer to make sure her work got done properly. Any and everything is possible with Razia, we've seen that she can go to any extent.

Theres a lot of if, buts and why's 😆... wont be able to figure everything out so soon. But Razia telling someone to burn down the house, having a gas leak and the hand definitely looking like Tanveer's does not seem like a coincidence.

BB(Tanu) is not billo rani but maybe she is working for her.
