as usual a great post. 👏

Agree that Asad is being a jerk in every way possible, but he is thinking about his own good. he is steeling himself and hurting Zoya. he wants zoya away from him, and the only way the genius found out was to be barbaric rude and ignorant.

but its high time for zoya to move out, he might be her humsafar but humsafar mey bhi "hum" pehle ata hai, the self respect. she can win over him with dignity not just by begging and whimpering. she is portrayed as a strong willed single woman, she must remain true to it. it might be her Home, but a little break from there wouldn't hurt either.

coming to the cylinder kand, Asad had perfect reaction, if i had left the gas like that i would have been grilled the same way, despite my better knowledge that i did my best in fixing it.

Shireen always leave me amazed that such sweet and pure hearted people might exist. she is trying the best to save rashid, its her selfless love that she begged her brother and son to get him out.

Do all Khan males have a problem of hurting the woman who love them, Rashid hurt Dilshad and shireen, Ayaan- humaira and the mighty Asad- Zoya

N I can say the same applies to Ayan too as Humeira is also doing almost everything just for his sake :)

And then Asad, yeah he's anxious and stuff and he even controlled himself for a pretty long time, which is unlike him ...
But he tried ... Alas !!! He couldn't control anymore and vented it out :/

Thanks. 😳Rashid is lucky but that will never change the fact that he was unfair and unfaithful to both Dilshie and Shireen. Ayaan has to have a defect in his heart , head and eyes to be unable to see Humzie's love for him.

Asad is a jerk and a half but i know that he loves Zoe and he will always be her backbone. And that is enough for me to keep my faith in him.

Very nice post Victoria.. Asad has really changed and learned to control his anger on Zoya... Asad's anger was justified as he thought it was Zoya's fault for not changing the cylinder properly...

Old Asad would have put Zoe in that very stove for endangering his Mom dearest.

Your above lines cracked me up, but it is true.. Asad would have grilled her for this in the past but all he said was "Cylinder apne change kiya tha na?" that's called a character development..

I felt bad for Zoe... poor soul couldn't even say a thing.. even she felt that it is her fault otherwise Zoya would have defended herself... Even at the dining table she seemed very depressed and shattered... She wanted Asad to tell her that its ok and it happens but instead he blasted on her...

Hope these MUs gets clear soon and Asad realize that Zoya is not the one always at fault rather he see it that way.

I was upset with Asad. But yes, when the whole house could be on fire anyone will get angry. But why are they always showing that Zoya is not at fault and later Asad has to realize? This simply gives a feel that Asad's character is bad. Do they want him to show like that? But then we know it is all misunderstanding.

Thanks .:-)...Kabhi kabhi akal aane ke liye, cheezon ke bigadhne ka intezaar karnaa padtaa hai. Asad's evolution is harsh and strained - he has to go through things to break free from the chains he has tied himself in. Its not just about loving Zoe, its also about him changing for the better and realizing that he cannot write his destiny.

The point is not to show you that Asad is bad. The point is to show you that Asad is not acceptable to anyone as a package except Zoe. But even to be hers , he has to embrace her as she is...😳

Asad's anger is ok,it's understandable. But do we really have to go through the whole blame Zoe,ask for forgiveness route AGAIN? I mean it's getting a liiitle old now.
Completely agree with what you say though, and Ayaan is one lucky guy. :D
