Agree . i am having doubts about Tanveer from day one and i feel she is billo rani .
Or billo Rani is a 'code word' and maid is billo and rani is tanveer.. remember when maid came first she introduced herself as billo only.. not billo rani.
I have made a post with many clues of why i think she is Billo... topic name - 'Mysteries of QH'.. may be you can check it and give your opinion.. 😃

Analysis : it was shown that billo was searching in dilshads room and when the door got opened the servant named billo was standing out side the room and it was shown that the search was done in side the room ...and TANVEERA was in the room not that maid

And even when razia was talking the voice was not of that servant it was like TANVEERA only ...and

I want to add one point... If u have noticed the so called maid is wearing lot of bangles n red dhagha on her hand ... But the hand that was shown for searching the doll was a plain one...so it is MSK as she does not wear any ornaments

but if she is BR Than she would not stay in the home she would have make some reason to go out!!! she was in the home with all othwr people!!!!

no bcoz she wants to trap zoya in this fiasco n get her separated from Asad by that means she can get closer to Asad n bring him to streets so that he cannot compete with razia n her group ( billo rani n tanveer n maybe the maid too)...
