"Haan, mein gayi thi, lekin...'" Zoya started but wasinterrupted by Razia.

"Dekh lia Siddiqui sahb, apni beti ke kartoot'aap hi ke

dil mein apni beti ka pyaar jaga tha na'jo usse waapas apna lia, iss ghar mein...

ab bhugatye" Said Razia to Siddiqui sahb , who stood there with

his eyes down.

"Abbu" Zoya walked towards him and held her hand, "Abbu,

aap tou mera yaqeen Karen'mein ne aisa

<b>kuch nahi kia, mein ne kissi ko dhoka nahi dia" Zoya hiccupped, as a fresh set

of tears made their way down her cheeks.

"Sharam aati hai hume ke tum humare beti ho'"Saying so,he pushed her hard, she lost her balance a little but managed not to fall. Shewas shocked

"Nikhat'" She turned towards her soul sister; she hadbeen her true support since she'd entered this house. In such a short time, theyboth had bonded quite well. After Najma, she was the one who understood her sowell "Nikhat, tum tou mujh pe bharosa karti ho na'tumhe lagta hai mein aisakarungi??" Zoya sobbed.</font>

"Zoya'" Nikhat caressed her cheek and tried to consoleher. Even though she knew that Zoya could never do such a thing, she washelpless. How can she stand against her elders? Zoya begged Rashid and Shirin,but they threw her a helpless look, which made Zoya sure that no one was goingto support her.

She ran up to her husband; Ayaan, who stood there like astatue, his eyes filled with fury.

"Ayaan'mein ne aap ko dhoka nahi dia'meray aur Asad kedarmiyan aisa kuch bhi nahi hai, meri baat..." She could never complete hersentence as she was slapped right in her face, by Ayaan.

She completely lost her balance and fell on the ground;she touched her cheek, right where she was slapped, she could feel the bloodoozing out from the corner of her lips. Nikhat was right by her, after sherecovered from the shock that Ayaan had actually slapped her, she made herstand up, only to get a glare from Razia.

"Tum jaisi besharam ladki mein ne kahin nahi dekhi'shadi-shuda hone ke baad bhi tum ne ussi insaan ke saath chakkar chalaya jotumhare shohar ka bhai hai'" Ayaan spat angrily, "You know what Zoya? You don'thave a character!"

Zoya's head shot up. It was her character they werepointing at. She was numb; she had no more stamina to bear this insult. All theleft energy in her body was draining away and she felt that he would faint anymoment.

She turned and started moving towards the door; there wasnothing left. She had lost everything'Everything! And that too because ofsomething she didn't do. But who believed her? No one. So, what's the use ofstaying here?

"Ek minute Zoya'" She heard Ayaan call her and shestopped. He came toward her and made her face him. She expected him to stop herfrom going, but what he said was something she had never expected in herdreams.

"Mein tumhe talaq deta hun, Zoya. Talaq, talaq, talaq."Zoya felt as if Earth was pulled away beneath her feet. He gripped a numbZoya's hand; leading her to the door he pushed her harshly, closing the door onher face.

Salam everyone! :) So'here's the intro of my new ff! :)

It starts after the raaz is out and Siddiqui accepted Zoya as his daughter and

got her married to Ayaan.

The title of this ff is taken from a Pakistani drama 'Dil-e-Muztar'Hope you guys don't mind! :)
