I feel Tanveer is only billo rani! CV's are just trying to make us believe that she is not, that's why they introduced that maid servant named billo! It's just to confuse us and convince the audience that Tanveer is not billo, I am sure when Tanveer's real identity is revealed she will turn out to be the original 'billo rani'!
