I thnk his raaz his related wth Zoya's father.
it mite b lyk this k Zoya's father and mamujaan would b business partners or clients and some disagreements or anythng sort of tht wld hav happened resulting in Zoya's father's death conspiracy by mamujaan and razia and to not to b proved as guilty they hav used Rashid. They had lit the fire and had purposely sent Rashid at the same time. I also get a hint from promo that Rashid's hand was full of blood could b an indication tht he was trying to save someone mite b Zoya's father

Yeah makes sense the framing part but I feel Siddiqui is the father...his righteousness of being a man of integrity and his self proclaimed 'izzat' has to have some 'raaz'!

I think Rashid is the one that saves Zoya from the fire
