Hi friends I am here with a sequel to my OS All Is Lost. (http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3425156#75583546)😃
I dedicate this OS to all those lovely people who have read my first OS and encouraged me to write further.😳 Please tell me whether it's good or not. I know it's not that good as my first os.😕
PS: the credit for the shayaris goes to shayari.co.in😳
All is not lost
Tears found its own way from her beautiful eyes as Zoya started reading the shayari. Each and every word pierced her heart and reopened the wounds which she desperately tried to heal.
"Hum Agar Aapse Mil Nahi Paate
Aisa Nahi Hai Ki Aap Hamein Yaad Nahi Aate
Maana Jahan Ke Sab Rishte Nibhaye Nahi Jaate
Lekin Jo Dil Me Bas Jaate Hain Unhe Bhulaya Nahi Jaata'"How true!!! She desperately tried to forget Asad yet she couldn't. There is no single day in these 5 years that she stopped thinking about him. Everything reminded her of Asad. She was jealous to the world... for living happily... for moving forward whereas she is stuck...forever...
She sighed and gave the Shayari book to the shop keeper to pack.
"Allah Miyan. What's wrong with you? I have not asked about the prize of 100 books. I just need this one book. That's it"
The shop keeper was glaring at her outburst.
"Oye Madam. Haven't you read the price tag? It's printed on the book. By the way, it's the price of one book. For your information, it's written by one of the best Hindi poet at present and it's a limited edition"
"Whatever... here is your money. Now stop your lecture and give me the goddamn book"
She was pissed off. First of all the Shayari reminded her of her pain and secondly the shop keeper's attitude was too much.
She reached her apartment and threw aside her belongings and jumped to her bed. She was exhausted fully. Being a volunteer in an NGO is not an easy cup of coffee. It requires a lot of strength and sacrifices. She had got opportunities to work in MNCs yet she chose this path as she wanted to do something for others. She doesn't want others to bear the pain which she endured, the pain of losing parents...the pain of losing family... and most importantly, the pain of losing the man she loved...
She stared at the ceiling relishing in his memories.
"How are you Asad? I am sure that by now you have forgotten me completely. I wish I could do the same... Why didn't you trust me Asad, why didn't you?"
A tear rolled down her cheek. She tossed in bed fearing that she will lose herself to the sudden suffocation.
"Damn these tears... they are unwanted guests in my life as I was in Asad's..."
She muttered to herself. Her thoughts were broken with the sudden ringing of door bell. Cursing the person who is on her door step, he gathered herself and went to open the door. To her utter dismay, it was none other than the book shopkeeper. Feeling Annoyed she asked him;
"Allah Miyaan... What's wrong with you? I have given you money, right? What else you need? It's too much... how dare you to follow me..."
Speaking nothing, he just moved aside so as to give another person room to enter. Zoya was flabbergasted at this gesture. She was bewildered as another man stepped in front of her... her eyes locked with the same pair of eyes she dreamt of seeing everyday... her Mr. Khan's... she thought that her mind is fooling her... but her heart refused to believe that... she was called back to the reality by the vice of Asad.
"Erm... Can I come inside?"
She closed her eyes as she heard his voice... her heart filled with warmth after these many years... God wasn't that bad after all... she managed to nod weakly. He scrutinized her intensely only to find the tears threatening to fall out of her eyes. He caught her hand;"At last I found you Zoya... You have no idea how crazily I was searching for you in these years... it's just my luck that the book shop owner happened to be my client...I just can't believe that I really found you now... Ya Allah..."
Asad looked at her teary eyes.
"Tanha Rehna To Sikh Liya Humne,
Per Khush Na Kabhi Reh Payenge
Teri Duri To Pir Bhi Seh Leta Hai Ye Dil
Per Teri Mohabbat Ke Bin Na Jee Payenge'"Zoya couldn't believe her ears. Her Akkdu Ahmed Khan and Shayari!!! She rubbed her eyes and looked at him again only to form a smirk in his lips.
He slowly wiped her tears;
"Zoya' I always loved you' I was scared to express it you' scared that you will break my heart' I have realized my love for you the day I saw you in that grave in Mangalpur' but since I was THE Asad Ahmed Khan, my ego didn't allow me to open up myself to you'"
Zoya was hurt. How could he think that his Zoya will break his heart'?
"Then why are you telling all this now Mr. Khan? You are the same Asad Ahmed Khan' or you have changed your name or what?"-said an angry and hurt Zoya
Asad chucked at her reaction. No matter how many years, there are certain things which do not change, and his Zoya was definitely on top of that list.
"I am not standing in front of you as THE Asad Ahmed Khan, Zoya' I am just Asad' Your Asad' THE Asad Ahmed Khan had died the day when you left me' it was just Asad from that day onwards' The Asad who was waiting for his love to return' The Asad who was no longer fond of cleanliness when his life itself had turned messy' The Asad who lived in remorse for pushing away the only girl he ever loved' The Asad who sneaks into her room everyday night so as to check whether she returned or not' The Asad who beams up like a kid whenever he hear the sound of the parcel thinking that it will be a letter from her' The Asad who once known as iron man, now spends his day and nights in the hope of finding his love again' The Asad who has fallen for you deeply' irrevocably' The Asad who can't think about a life without you' Zoya, kya thumhe yeh Asad qubool hai?"
Zoya was too stunned to react at this confession. She didn't know that Asad had suffered this much pain when all she thought that it's only her birth right to suffer the pain. She looked at Asad who was looking at her pleadingly with his blood shot eyes. She let the tears flow and hugged him tightly'
Asad was happy will be an understatement, wherein reality, he was in cloud nine' he hugged her back pulling her more closer' he inhaled the scent of hair after a long time' he felt her body against his' he could feel her hot breath in his neck' he slowly disengaged himself from her' slowly wiping her tears he dropped kisses on her eyes' she closed her eyes savoring his touch' his gaze fell upon her trembling lips which he had seen many times in his dreams' seeking permission with his eyes, he bend a little allowing their lips to touch' they both felt fireworks inside their body with the mere touch. Asad's grip around her waist tightened as his lips explored the unexplored' At that moment he knew, All is Not Lost'
The END
Hi everyone! Hope you're doing great! I missed the fandom, I've been obsessed with QH once again after my last re-watch , and here is a new OS ,...
