Violence of any kind is not warranted

Zoya's behaviour and foolishness and his thinking that she lied or didnt listen to him didnt warrant the slap.

He was angry and sad and it happens are not excuses to condone it. Also she was there and it just happened and she took the wrong moment to talk to him doesnt warrant it.

How does she know what is he thinking? okay forget about his thinking and feelings aside , he should have found another outlet for his anger. Punch the wall or yell at her , scream even but not raise his hands.

This is not domestic abuse as so many of you have rightly said its not even gender issues as was pointed out that Zoya would have done the same.

This is on the grounds of Humanity, of being a human, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO HIT ANYBODY WHETHER THEY MEAN IT OR NOT.

Yes this goes both ways whether Zoya would have it him or whether Asad would have hit Zoya. And in this case Asad did hurt Zoya. and this is not warranted . because he had no right to touch her.

And the issue that it happens, its common, this doesnt even come here. Look how desensitized we have become. People slapping each other has become such a common thing to us, we just ignore and move on.

Its not wrong because it happens everytime, its normal.

You know what is normal not hitting a person that she falls on to something and cut her self.

what is happening here is NOT NORMAL

DONT CONDONE VIOLENCE .

We have not become free just to become slaves to violence.

THIS IS NOT RIGHT, VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND CAN NOT BE CONDONED.

SHE SHOULD SUE HIM.
