The awkwardness felt between Asad and Zoya was multiple time strengthened by the background music, it was not the usual lovy dovy tune but more opera like.
The bit when they reach home and Asad tries to distances himself but both feel they are still connected by the handcuffs…woah, that scene gave me the goodbumps. The music, the flashbacks and the expressions made a deadly combo for us viewers.
The fast beat paced music when Asad is in his room thinking about zoya was also a peculiar choice but somehow correct with the situation. It's the type of melody that I would usually associate with a crime show but with Asad I loved it.
Overall, the background music selection today was a little strange-not the usual mix we see on tv but somehow it worked….and for that BRAVO to the editing
