Note- wishing a speedy recovery to Surbhi Jyoti aka Zoya.
This post is in continuation of yesterday's post. For those who missed it can follow the link.

That is what came to my mind post the episode. Dictionary describes it as a situation or a circumstance which is as bad as a death and getting out of it is nearly impossible.

Two victims of fate or two innocent souls suffering in the name of revenge. While one is paying the price of blindly believing in true love, the other is suffering for a decision she took for her well being.

Real or reel are women still treated as mere objects of desire by men? Humaira and Zoya are depicting the true women from today's so called modern world, who are being subjected to torture in the hands of men who are not only wrong but merely SATISFYING THEIR BIG FAT EGO.

Is their no humanity left in humans?

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.

Your words remind me of the Delhi gangrape case. Be it her, Zoya or Humera. It's so disheartening to see men in our country so inhuman.

GREAT post as usual.

I'm glad that this show is bringing up a sensitive topic such as online-blackmail and stuff, especially through social networking. It's a highly sensitive issue and it's being well portrayed.

Coming to your point, we've seen time and again that indeed, the world is developing but we humans have lost our humanity. And the position of women in modern society is another topic to debate upon entirely.

They way they've portrayed Zoya's and Humeira's situations in this show is absolutely true. Sometimes you screw-up things really badly, I'm not saying Humeira and Zoya did the right things.

BUT, that does not give any man or any human being for that matter, the right to abuse them.

That's just immoral.
