how dumb is ayaan?

hi guys,just want to share a few thoughts.i always thought that ayaan was a slightly immature guy.but today he was simply silly.he actually goes upto his stepbrother who was abandoned by their father and whose mother was dumped by thier father to solve his parents problems.is he dumb or just insensitive?does he not realise how much this will hurt asad?he hates to see his mother cry.doesnt he realise that asads mom has been crying from the past 17 years?he wants all the problems from his mothers life to disappear.doesnt he know that his owm mother caused all the problems in asads mothers life?i hated him at that moment.
