That is only permitted, if it happens unintentionally! Plus Asad is shown to be very religious so if your prediction does come true, then all this would be taken into account. agree that the three talaqs have to been giving with waiting periods in between, but in serials they sometime show three talaqs at the same time, thats what probally going to happen in QH. Having said that , i think its a very disgusting thing to do to ask your brother to take your ex-wife in marraige and divorce her later...just so that you can marry her again, just my POV

Just to clear some confusions, yes for a women to marry her first husband again she has to marry someone else and if she gets divorced again only then she can marry her first husband again. But like I said on the last page you can't just advantage of that law << and use it with the intention of getting back with your first husband. And tbh I've never seen that happening, but yeah let's say if you move on from your first marriage and marry again and for whatever reason your marriage actually doesn't work out and you get divorced or your husband dies then the woman can marry her first husband again. But all this can't be done with the intention of marrying your first husband again!
