Yes ishaan knows abt preet's loves.. but today it was like confirmation.. may be I think preet must haven't told him abt her feeling but today said it all..

N I am very sure ishaan too loves her back... the song tare liye hum hai jye says it all...

So it's for sure but he cannot express coz of the raaz... I really hope cv's give us good raaz... or else thanks we got a married couple ka love story startup...

Chalo kavya ka pata chala she is related to ishaan either his daughter or...

Waise ishaan alwz gets shock whenever preet take his side..

that's true.. now it all depends on the level and quality of secret.. lol..

i really loved the way Ishaan showed his possessive side towards his wife.. and loved his expressions a lot..
