Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Completes 500 Episodes - JOIN The Celebrations!

The show started in the locales of Kullu city flourishing in the mountains and miraculous temples the scenes were breathtaking and romantic. The story of a simple girl called Pankhuri Gupta who not only was happy, joyful and innocent she was well grounded and modern in her own right. The perfect small town girl with a modern touch. However, every princess needs her prince that hero was none other than Aditya Kumar. The boy who appears in every girl's dream, the boy with dark blue eyes who you just can't take your eyes off. He was the urban, highly educated cool guy who belonged to a prestigious business family, the Deewans. Residing in Mumbai he had a life of luxury, chilling with his friends bunny and others and chatting to his almost 1 million friends on FriendDosti.com, a social networking site. Sounds cool right? Seems like the average soap where there is a hero and a heroine but this tale was different. Completely different!

Aditya Kumar's life was not what is seems from his nature. He had money, fame, looks, education but there was one important thing he didn't have in his life, LOVE. While on the flip side Pankhuri Gupta was from an average class family in a small town but she had the greatest wealth "Love and Respect within her Family".

Now the story unfolds something like this. Pankhuri has seen the 'Pyaar'', "sweetness", "respect", and "happiness" of love whereas Aditya has seen "dard" "tears" and everything bad from relationships due to his parents' separation. Avantika and Harish Kumar were separated from many years due to some misunderstanding but they never filed for Divorce. This forms the title of the show. Showing how two individuals experiencing different emotions from one feeling. This remained unique in the show and captured a million hearts. The show quickly became a success in India, UK, USA and the rest of the world because it was a relatable story. Not only that we could feel the same things as Aditya and Pankhuri in our daily lives. There has been continuous connect. With that, it was always a fast pace moving story.

The story has gone on to show how a beautiful arranged proposal through the elders Mr. Purushottam Deewan and Mr. Jagdish Prasad Gupta weaved the love story of their beloved grandchildren Aditya and Pankhuri Kumar. Their love story has been filmy, romantic, dramatic,emotional and everything else on the moon but what is special between them is their understanding and their unconditional confidence that they have for each other. Their love story was a rollercoaster of emotions, their love story has been "meetha meetha" defiantly "pyaara pyaara" but the "dard" has been present which somewhat made their love, their relationship stronger. They were friends, separated but destiny brought them back together as a couple. Aditya married Pankhuri to save her from marrying a guy who she wasn't happy with and for saving her self respect. All for his friend. But Aditya didn't know his true feelings until Pankhuri was in hospital. Their love grew further and they created magic onscreen burning us with their HOTNESS.

Not only have they shown PaYa's love story blossom a number of love stories evolved, repaired and held together because of them. God made Aditya and Pankhuri one to reform the Deewan's. Fulfill Mr Deewan's dream of seeing his family under one roof. They were successful. The Deewan's have fought against a million and one enemies who have tried to ruin them...from Latika, to Sheila and her relatives to Nanu's brother itself and now Vikram Dhanrajgir there has been no end to evil in the show but truth always prevails and the Deewans have rose as winners.

The viewers have had their fair share of complaints to the show but the creatives have always won our hearts when it comes to weddings! I mean has anyone seen such high class weddings before on Indian Television! I feel proud to be a PKDH'ian when I can say that from PaYa's remarriage to Preeti-Sameer's Grand marriage to Kaira and Varun's wedding recently ,the Rajshri's have not left a stone unturned. High end drama, musicals and Deewan Talkies the weddings are always box office and I am sure a big reason why this show has HIT 500 episodes is because of these BIG FAT DEEWAN WEDDINGS!.

On a final note, this show has reached another milestone and that of 500 episodes today. Not many shows can achieve this but what PKDH has achieved in this time is REMARKABLE. The show has a global reach with 3+ TRP for a long time. It is the constant hard work of the PH, the actors who have given their all to the show and of course the viewers for watching the show and giving it so much love.

The actors have created a special place in our heart and we as PKDH'ians will continue to support and love them forevermore and watch our favorite show!.

According to Rahul Modi on Twitter, one of Creative person from creative unit of show, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Season 1 is heading for its Finale episode on 30^th April 2014 and after that an All new season is expected to overtake the original show with new cast and story. However, this is prank or truth, its still not known to us, but we wish to watch the show for forever with the same cast.
