Adi apologies to Avantika , who is angry with Sheila and her unreasonable demands, Adi placates her but she is arguing and Harish also tries to placate her but she goes on also accusing Pankudi for not telling her the truth of Sheila and Avantika does not buy their argument and she is angry with Sheila but Harish supports Adi saying he is proud of their upbringing. Then Avantika says she is proud of him but she would not have done it like Adi and also Pankudii . Pankudi also tells them that they suspect someone who is trying to create problems with their family.Sheila on the other hand also wants to take revenge with Avantika and family but she also gets a telephone.

Pankudi tells about the invitation card and then shows the ID card of Goel's daughter who is a journalist and is giving out their family secrets they all realize that they want to take revenge as she could not marry Adi. They plan to call all family to DM to tell the truth.

Sameer wants to resign and take back all doctors and ask them to work in rural areas for two months all doctors plan to come back and want Sameer Deshpande to withdraw their resignation but Mr and Mrs Deshpande do not want to stay.

Adi requests not to tell Anuj mama about Sheila mami. All come including the Goels ,Rubel, Payal Kaira and Anuj and all come who asks Avantika what happened they all wait for Sheila who comes there and asks why all are there and mocks that why did something come in Newspaper. Sheila tells today she wants to talk 1^st. She attacks Pankudi Avantika stops her but Sheila insists she will talk 1^st.

Sheila says I came to know about the person who belongs to this family and very important who is giving all the inside news its Pankudi all are stunned Goels are happy. Adi comes and supports Pankudi but Sheila shows some proofs written by Pankudi. Avantika and Sheila have a tussle and Sheila shows proofs. Anuj also supports Pankudi but Sheila says Pankudi did it because of jealousy when Rubel became MD. Adi wants to tell the truth and all ask her where Sheila got these papers and Avantika tells her the real culprits are your brother and his family.

Goel says stop this Adi did we do any mistake and his family protest. They say what will we get out of this and Avantika says revenge and Sheila shouts you are crossing the limits. Avantika says these 3 want to break our family. Mr Goel says we will go from here and Avantika says yes you may go and they turn Sheila is stunned and she remembers her brother instigating her against Avantika . She says one minute brother you need not go anywhere and shouts at Avantika Sheila protests and says till today I and my family never got any importance it's always you and your family to Avantika and all are stunned

Precap Avantika says I have decided to repay my debt of 20 years for staying here and being the daughter of this family.
