btw Purva do you live in UK ..because in uk ppl go to GP first but in India its different ..

Nopes I live in India - but anywhere in the world it is always advisable to go to GP first - a stomach cramp can be due to so many reasons. It is a GP's job to ascertain all symptoms and then advise the patient which specialist to consult. Now what if Avantika's cramps were due to a burst Appendix or even gastric trouble as she missed her dinner - A Gynaec will not be able to ascertain these problems.
