TOI:Suchitra/Harsha/Alekh in Pyaar ka

Rajshri Production's Pyaar Ka Dard Hai.. aired on Star Plus is all set to witness the entry of some popular faces of the small screen.

After finalizing Anil Dhawan, the production house has now roped in actors Suchitra Bandekar last seen in Khamoshiyaan, Harsha Khandeparkar of Uttaran fame and Alekh Sangal of Bollywood film Summer 2007 fame.

TOI earlier reported about the entry of a new family in the Diwan house after the death of Nanaji aka Purushootam Diwan ( Mukesh Khanna) who will come into the house with an evil plan in their mind. We also wrote that Anil Dhawan will play Mamik, younger brother of Nanaji. He will essay a grey shade.
Sources inform that Anil Dhawan will come to visit the family with his entire family. Suchitra Bandekar will play his wife, Harsha Khandeparkar will be his daughter-in-law and Alekh Sangal will play his son. Harsha's character will be a positive one in the show.
When contacted, Harsha said, "Yes, I am approached for the role but I can't comment as nothing has been finalized yet."

Harsha will be playing a positive role - so at least now Avantika and Preeti (and Anuj) can have one nice bhabhi! After Sheela, another bad one would be too much to handle! 😆
