I too found it unfair.. This is MODS responsibility to see the banner carefully, or MODS should disqualify the banner before contest!! Why now??

I advice you to re conduct the contest, yes I agree that the maker should follow the rules but Mods are equally at fault

let me correct u i am nt a mod only a coolbie :) and i have pmd the channel mod about this just waiting for her reply...:)
