hi,
After watching yestrday's epi i fel that Latika is really pregnant...but how is it possible??Ruble doesnot love her...n why they r not telling 2 sheela???

I know you didn't intend to make me laugh but I did.

Love is not needed to get pregnant.

Any idiot can get pregnant as shown by Latika. Rubel and Latika are modern couple, they will sleep around and most likely are sleeping with each other (as Rubel did not say 'we did not have S*x :)). In fact I won't be surprised if somewhere down the line the question arises as to who is the actual father - Latika seems to be the type to sleep around so may in fact be pregnant before she even got married.

But then again everything happens so fast...that hospital got made in weeks, so Latika may have conceived from their first night together!!!

They've shown Latika pregnancy track long back. Adi and Pankhuri wanted to expose her as the person who brought Manan and then the doctor declares to Nana and them about her pregnancy and it was that consideration that stopped them from exposing Latika.

Rubel had asked her to get an abortion but she convinced him to let her keep the baby to later blackmail Nana. In fact Sheela threatened Latika that her relationship with Rubel was supposed to be only contract marriage, but by then the brain-washed Rubel declares that the child is his and he wants it.

Rubel and Latika are not in love, but that doesn't stop them from having a physical relationship! It has now resulted in a pregnancy. Not once did Rubel say, the child is not his, or how did this happen etc? Not did he deny that he and Latika are intimate. So she IS pregnant. (As stated by the family doctor). Latika had no idea that she was pregnant until that moment.

As for Sheila... They did tell her and she said that they should get rid of the child and Rubel refused!

If Latika is faking it, will she have plans to hire someone who is pregnant & pass of the baby as her own. She may also tell that she has difficulty & therefore is going for surrogacy, with someone else carrying her baby.

Nice bit of speculation - perhaps you would also like to go to the previous page and read the clarifications on this issue by others.
