I think it is the work of both Latika n her mom... Manan may have told Latika's mom about giving the drug already.Or another possibility is Manan is out there to take revenge for his sisterwhom Rubel drugged and used her or raped her and dumped her ... Manan befriended Kaira Rubel's sister... get the complete trust and control of Kaira ... drug her, abuse her and just walk out like Rubel had done to his sister. Plus Rubel does not know Manan is that girl's brother.

It could indeed be Latika or perhaps more likely her parents.

Can you imagine if it was GEETA, the lady from Kullu? (who was hired by Sheela to pretend to have had an affair with Harish, but then who was shot down by Sheela when she tried to reveal the truth to the Deewan family) Surely she would be out for revenge on Sheela for humiliating her!

Or don't you think it would be super-twisted if it turned out that Manan was working for SHIVAM (Pankhuri's ex-fiance) or someone associated with him or his cousin Naman/their family?
