pankhu doing a job in Deewan mention. She hide from all how it't possible , sheila ' rubal definatelly take advantage 4 this. Rubal try to more insult adi. But what adi reaction when he knew that pankhu doing job in deewan as care taker he definatally hurt. May be he angree .

I think Adi will be more upset that Pankhu didn't tell him but he will understand that she did it for the welfare of the family and to help nana ji out, so Adi's gusaa will calm down :)
