I am not sure...there might be some new kind of therapy where you can destroy the tumor off by laser or UV/IR Ray or some kind of vibration...CVs cant show such an enormous kinda blooper...🤔

it's an Indian tv serial and anything can happen...😆 One day they will be filthy rich and next day they will be working as a home help...the script writers can cure any life threatening illness in a day...so don't get surprise when they don't shave his head to do the operation...Indian doctors are way advanced than USA doctors...🤣

They did it through the side, reason he has his side bandaged. It's not necessary these days to shave off hair for surgery.

In other shows, they've never shaved off hair either.
