any idea?

we know that he gets low blood pressure but what could be his illness?

I hope its not terminal , that would be just too sad

can't think of any illness which is dangereous but curable...dangereous to gather emotional sympathy from others...curable...as he is one of the main characters. I would say dengue...as he goes for outdoors.

Hoping CVs have done research well here!!!

I dont want CVs have researched well dont give us medical bloopers in the name of Brain Tumor...because i have lost all hope from the CVs in terms of rationality and meaningfulness... and hope the doctor seems like a doctor indeed and not like some gam-ka sahara showpiece only feeding words of hope to Harish and talking non-sense...
