Truly wonderful update. And the highlight was definitely the Yash Raj Fall! 😆 As the PM said, this was filmy but yeah in the good sense and not the overstretched melodrama types.

Chapter 4: Takraar...😭

Sorry guys, update got delayed due to some technical problem in my laptop & due to interference of some retard! 🤢

'Neha quickly, we are already late...' Pankhuri said rushing down the stairs.

'Ohoo Pankhuri, shopping hi toh jaana hai! Tum toh aise keh rahi ho jaise koi important date choot rahi hai!' Neha remarked making Pankhuri halt in her tracks.

It was needless to say that Adi already started having an effect on Pankhuri's mind & heart. And that she, the poor soul can neither accept nor deny the fact that she was getting attracted towards this 'Green-eyed stranger'! It was indeed strange for Pankhuri, all these sudden feelings. Whenever Neha uttered 'Yashraj love stories', 'Dates', 'chand', 'Romance' etc etc, Pankhuri was instantly reminded of this stranger who was these days crossing her path every now & then. Pankhuri was very disturbed, she knew that if she stayed home sitting idly she will do nothing but think about that stranger. She thought accompanying Neha for shopping would divert her mind & she would get a break from these recent events.

'Tab se mujhe jaldi chalne ke liye keh rahi thi, aur khud yahan bekaar khadi hai!' Neha remarked.

'Ab chal bhi' Neha said pulling Pankhuri out of the house.

They went to a designer boutique specialist in bridal wear. The owner/head designer (Tia Gujral) was a friend of Neha's fianc & she was already 'Commanded' by Avinash to deck Neha & Pankhuri in the bestest of finery as they were the only girls of Gupta Family. (They had no cousin sisters too, boys in the whole family 😉😛)

Tia welcomed them very warmly; they had a nice chat over some snacks and then began the attire trial session of the would-be-bride.

(These are a few designs for the would-be-bride...😳)

'Ohhooo...What do I do know? Aakash ko bhi abhi jaana tha caterer ko bulane? Ab Dulhan ke shagun ke jode (Outfits) kaun laayega?' Radhika aunty said in a whiny voice.

'Kya hua aunty, kuch promlem hai kya?' Adi inquired walking into the hall.

'Oho Adi beta, kya batao. Aakash caterer ko bulane gaya hain aur mujhe Neha ke ghar shagun ke jode bhijana hai aur jode toh Tia ke boutique se lane hai! Ab mein kise bhijvao?' Aunty explained.

'Oho aunty aap kyun itna tension lerahi ho? Main hoon naa, aapka dusra beta...!' Adi said sweetly.

'Hay mera beta, ye le kapdo ki receipt. Dhyaan se jana beta.' Aunty said running a loving hand over Adi's head blessing him.

Adi drove to Tia's boutique in a few minutes and entered.

(While inside the boutique ~ )

'Pankhuri here is an outfit I've specially designed for you! Well, your Mom gave me your measurements but I'm not quite sure if it perfectly fits you, so please try this & let me know if there are any alterations required.' Tia said.

'Okay give me a few minutes, it's so heavy it'll take me a few minutes to get into this!' Pankhuri joked.

'Lol...go quickly!' Tia replied.

Pankhuri went into a changing room while outside Adi came into the boutique.

'Hey Tia...' Adi said entering the boutique. Adi & Tia met during Avinash's Sherwani trial session & became good friends ever since.

'Hey Adi...Aaj humari yaad kaise aayi?' Tia said winking at him.

'Oh come'on Tia, aisa 1 sec bhi nahi jaata when I don't miss you!' Adi said sarcastically.

'Haha...Ok now tell me, what brought you here?' Tia asked.

'Well, I'm here to take those Shagun ke jode for the bride...' he said.

'Oh yes those lehengas na!...' Tia said.

'Yeah right, are they ready?' Adi asked.

'Well, almost. Just a few alterations and final touch up are being given to them. Till then, why don't you have a cup of coffee?' Tia suggested.

'Ah sure...that'll be great, thanks.' Adi replied.

Tia smiled & left while Adi took a seat & started reading a magazine. While he was totally engrossed in it he heard a tinkling sound from behind him. At first he ignored it thinking it might be coming from the lavish attires hanging around but when he sensed it approaching he turned to look around...

his heart skipped a beat at the sight in front of him. There she was, standing in a beautiful outfit whose beauty was only due to the person wearing it. She stood there adjusting her dress, rather trying to hold it firmly as it was too heavy for her petite figure.

His lips instantly curved into a mischievous smile as he saw her annoyed childish expressions which was due to her heavy Dupatta which was reluctant in staying in place.

'Dekho Tia kaisi lag rahi ho...?' Pankhuri said without looking up & still tangled in her Dupatta.

No getting any reply she looked up to find the green-eyed stranger staring at her intently with a cute smile on his lips. Her heart skipped a beat & her breathing came to a halt for a few seconds. Her mind & heart again started off.

*OMG! Yeh phir se mere peeche peeche aagaya? Ramji yeh hai kaun? Pata nahi kyun, yeh jaana pehchana sa lagta hai. Lagta hai jaise issi jaanti hoon. Pankhuri pagal ho gayi hai tu? Yeh sab kya soonch rahi hai...tu kisi aur ke bare mein kaise soonch sakti hai jab ki tu...*

He came a few steps closer to her and snapped his fingers in front of her so as to bring her back from her own world. She snapped out & looked away with a slight tinge of blush creeping up her cheeks. Adi noticed this & smiled.

He cleared his throat & tried starting a conversation...Pankhuri started feeling very uncomfortable.

'Well, mujhe lagta hai kam se kam iss mulakat mein hume ek proper introduction kar hi lena chahiye' he said jokingly.

'What say?' he said extending his hand.

But Pankhuri, ignoring him completely started walking away when she felt a strong tug on her Dupatta. She thought that he held her dupatta in order to stop her from walking away. This enraged her; she thought how can he stoop so low, to hold a girl's Dupatta whom he barely knows? She turned around and roared at him.

'HOW DARE YOU?'

Large tears brimmed in her eyes.

'What the hell do you think of yourself, huh? Who are you? Who do you keep pestering me by running into me every now & then? STOP FOLLOWING ME!' she shouted out.

'Pankhuri main toh bus tumhe...' Adi started off only to be cut in by Pankhuri.

'Kya main toh bas? Bas tumhe impress karne ki koshish kar raha tha? Yaa tumhe har bar girne se bacha kar tumhare saamne hero ban ne ki koshish kar raha tha...? huh?' Pankhuri said harshly.

Pankhuri gave him a terrible prod in his heart by her harsh words. Adi knew that she was saying all this because she was unaware of the reality but still, somewhere he felt that sharp prick in his heart.

'Dekho Pankhuri, meri baat suno...samajhne ki koshish karo. Main tumhe batana chahta hoon ki...' Adi tried saying but again Pankhuri interrupted him.

'Kya batane chahte hai? Aap samajhte kyun nahi...kaise batao aapko?...bas dur rahiye mujhse! Samjhe?' she said tears flowing down her cheeks.

This statement really made him upset and he shot back...

'KYUN? Kyun rahun tumse dur, huh?'

'KYUNKI MAIN KISI AUR SE PYAAR KARTI HOON!!!!!!' she shouted back, sobbing uncontrollably.

*Dhaaashhh*

Adi's world came crashing down upon him. Her statement kept ringing in his ears, his heart stopped. He felt heavy in the chest, unable to react, a lone tear rolled down his cheek. Pankhuri stood there sobbing with her head bowed down.

This was the least expected thing to happen today for Adi as today his parents were arriving & he wanted to go receive them himself with a contented heart but now...it seemed impossible!

He lifted his hand to wipe out the tear from his right eye when Pankhuri again felt that pull on her dupatta and she looked up. Now it was Pankhuri's turn to be shocked!

Her world turned upside down when she saw her dupatta's end got tangled in Adi's cufflink when she tried walking past him. A sense of guilt pierced her heart, she didn't have the courage to apologize after what all she said in haste.

She stared at the tangled dupatta and cufflink unable to look into his eyes. Before she could lift her eyes to look at him he untangled the dupatta and walked past her!

Fresh hot tears started brimming her eyes...watching him walk away from her, she felt heavy in her heart to let him go away...so easily!

So guys I'm here...so how was the update? I know ending would have made you feel a bit low 😭...but don't worry, every thing happens for a reason! Only after a thunderstorm comes a Rainbow...so lift up your spirits for tonight's episode...but hey, don;t forgot to hit the like button & leave lots & lots of lovely comments for this chapter...! P.S. I would like to ask you guys a question about today's chap, I mean the one above...What do you think will be Adi's next step? Will he try to forgot Pankhu or will he reveal the truth in front of her? Will he claim her or will he let her go thinking *Uski Khushi main hi meri Khushi hai, woh jaha rahe bas khush rahe...*
