Episode starts with Nana catching Rubel red-handed and says how dare he make a duplicate key & read his confidential will, rebukes him for stooping so low, and they have arguments.

Sheila Mami came and tries to play down the incident, and even slaps Rubel in front of Nana and scolds him for behaving in such fashion. Rubel says how can Pankuri get a share of Diwan Property which ought to belong to only us, as we are the Diwans. Nana sternly reminds him that it is His own property, not our property, and he will do whatever he wishes.
Rubel stresses that Pankuri is not even a blood relation of Diwan Family, then how come Nana is giving her a share, Nana says if he considers that, then his Mom Sheila isn't a blood relation as well, and reminds him that blood relation doesn't count on these issues as all are Bahus in his eyes.

Nana says he hates comparing Rubel with Adi, but sometimes he is forced to do so, as he can clearly see Rubel's future and where he is heading into. Rubel again tells he is sick of hearing about Adi, Pankuri comes up and tries to calm down the situation, says Rubel is right, she doesn't need any property, and isn't interested in all these, says blessings from Nana ji is enough for her.

Nana Ji stresses that how Pankuri is nice and asks Rubel to imbibe some qualities like her otherwise in future he will be in deep trouble.

Sheila Mami again create scene and takes away Rubel.

Nana blames himself in front of Pankuri, says had he amassed less wealth and looked after family & made it a closely knit unit, he would have been a lot more happier and wouldn't have to face situations that he is facing nowadays.

Summon came for Rubel, Avantika at first thought that the summon was for her, but was shocked to hear that a summon has come for Rubel for drunk-driving case, and the summon was filed by one Pankuri Kumar, she is annoyed and after taking the summon asks both Pankuri and Rubel that why she isn't informed about it before.

Nana is shocked as well, and says to Pankuri that she has even left him out and haven't informed of it.

Later, Sheila mami goes to Pankuri and says that she is a mother and so feel bad for Rubel's future prospects and how the media will portray him. She tells Pankuri to think about the matter and to take decision keeping in mind all aspects.

Pankuri seems undecided, and so after sheila Mami left, she called Dada Ji and told him everything about the police complaint.

Dada ji says her to take decision from her heart as brain will give ways but heart will provide the right way, and she should listen to what her heart says.

In office, Avantika facing both Rubel & Adi in front of her and asking why she wasn't even informed about this summon and all these police complaint, and rebuked Rubel for not knowing rules and driving after he as taken drink.

Adi stays silent, Rubel apologizes for his behavior, avantika says now media will say what not about their group and put headlines in big fonts, says the issue has gone to such a stage that she cannot discuss & waste time as it will be futile
