Making decisions about your career can often be taxing. So we asked our STAR Plus characters to help you out with a few tips that will enhance your career.

Hard work and effort

"The basic quality that is a must for every career, is putting in hard work and effort in whatever you are doing. It is imperative to give hundred percent to your career as only then you will see results," says Viren.

Take responsibility

"If you want to rise in your career, take responsibility for things and be proactive. Be a leader and give direction to your team. Organise your tasks according to priority and delegate work to others. Always keep your cool when tackling problems," says Arnav.

Choose wisely

Naitik says, "Remember to choose your career wisely as this is what you will be doing in the future. Research and explore options in the field you are looking at. Collect information, analyse pros and cons and then make an informed decision."

Never too late

"I think it's never too late to start your career. I too started my law career only after marriage. All you need is confidence in yourself and a good support system. Whether it's a new career or a career switch, create a strategic plan and go ahead with it," says Pratigya.

Like what you do

Pankhuri says, "I liked to draw right from my childhood and gradually this hobby turned into my career choice, and I decided to become an architect. It is very important to like what you are doing as this will act as motivation for you to excel.

These were some career tips shared by our STAR plus characters, Viren, Arnav, Pratigya and the rest. We hope you enjoyed reading them.
