I turned towards Pia & said, "Pia you just run, I will deal with him". But she said,"No way, I am not going to leave you alone".
"Awww, soo much of love. I am feeling really bad to separate you guys forever", said Siddharth with an evil smile.
"You wont be able to do that ever Siddharth," I replied.
"Enough of fighting in words, now lets have some real action", said Siddharth making a sudden jump on me, I quickly moved from my place & he fell on the ground. But he got up quickly & again attacked me, this time I also fought back. We had a brief fight but the fight was interpreted when Pia came in between & called Siddharth by his name, as soon as he looked at her, she threw her silver chain directly in his eyes, making him blind for sometime. Siddharth started shouting in pain. Pia grabbed my hand & said, "Do it Abhay, bite me now. He will quickly heal himself, do it before that. Dont waste any moment,we have very less time". I saw Siddharth recovered & he went behind Pia & took out his fangs . Now there was no other option than listening to Pia. Siddharth took his head back just like a vampire dose before biting someone & in a fraction of second I grabbed Pia by her hand , took her in my arms & bit her.
That was the first time I tasted human blood & that too the blood of the girl I love. I released her after taking some blood & saw she have fainted by that time. Siddharth stood still, watching the whole thing.
"I am sorry Pia, I never wanted to do this",I said . Then I looked at Siddharth & said, "You lost, now you will not be able to separate us ever. We have become one forever". He smiled & said,"I know little brother & this is what I wanted".
"What",? I asked not understanding his words.
"Yes, little brother. I came back for this only. I know our relationship was never like the way it should have been, we never behaved like brothers. I destroyed everything in my jealousy, even the girl I loved . For 200 years I am burning in this guilt. I tried a lot to behave as if these all things dose not matter me but it dose matter. 100 years back I left Mom, Dad & you because I just cant look at in your eyes that time. Whenever I look at you, it reminds me of my guilt. I dint wanted to kill Maithili, I loved her a lot, neither did I wanted to kill you. I just wanted to separate you guys but things took a different turn & I couldn't stop anything. You know I always used to keep track of you in these 100 years & when I came to know that you have again fallen in love , I dont know why but I felt good as if I have been released from my guilt. But then I also learned that the girl you love is a human & therefore I knew that you were destined to loose your love again. I also knew very well that you wont transfer her to a vampire ever until someone forces you to do that. Therefore I planned all this.When I saw Pia my determination got stronger & I knew that by making you guys together I will get back my mental peace which I had lost 200 years back. Now you can blame me , call me selfish & all but this is how I am.Yes, I am very selfish, I forced you to bite your girlfriend to make myself free from the guilt in which I was suffering. Now you guys can stay together forever & I will also be in peace. I know by doing all these I wont be able to repent the mistake I have done, I wont be able to bring back Maithili but atleast you will get your love forever",said Siddharth.
"You will always be an unsolved puzzle for me Siddharth. I dont think I would be able to understand you & your feelings ever", I replied.
"Well, I only dont understand myself properly so how can you expect to understand me",said Siddharth.
" Siddharth, cant we be like brothers",? I asked.
"No, little brother. We both are very different from each other & its better for us to stay away from each other",replied Siddharth.
"Do you hate me still now"?, I asked.
"No, I hated you mainly because you had Maithili with you but after her death I dont have any strong reason to hate you", he answered.
"You are not jealous that I have Pia",? I asked.
"No, not at all. She is Maithili's look-alike not Maithili. I am not interested in her", said Siddharth.
"Very good", I said.
"Dont worry, I wont create any more problem in your life.Bye bye little brother", Said Siddharth after which he vanished in the darkness. I went back to Pia & saw she was coming back in sense. I knew she wasnt a human anymore & have become like me. She opened her eyes , saw me & asked,"Is everything okay",? Are you okay?Where is Siddharth? Have he done anything? Have he hurt you?".
"Everything is fine Pia, you dont worry . He have left but before leaving he said that he have done everything to make us together forever", I replied.
Pia gave an puzzle expression & asked,"WHAT???",
"I will tell you everything in details later but first let me take you to a safe place because you need lots of rest, I guess you know what you are now", I said.
"Yes, I know that now I am a vampire like you & now no body can make us separate", replied Pia with a big smile.
"I am really sorry Pia, I never wanted to hurt you but I dint have any other option", I said.
"I am very glad that you did it finally", she replied kissing me.

(AFTER 3 MONTHS)
Today is my wedding day, I looked myself at the mirror thinking about my life after death & finally came to the conclusion that I feel more alive although I am dead. Life with Pia is too beautiful , its just like a dream.
Pia wanted to do the wedding according to Christian style (maybe because she is grown up in a Christian missonary), so we are having a Christian wedding. Kabir entered my room & said," Get ready fast, he have to go to the church at sharp 10:00 A.M. ,Misha will take Pia over there, we have to go before them".
"Yes, give me two minutes", I said & Kabir went out of the room. I wore the wedding dress, it was a white suit with red tie (chosen by Pia ). There was a knock on the door , one of our servants entered with a packet & said, "There is a parcel for you sir".
"Give", I said,
I servant handed it over to me & went out of the room.
I opened the parcel & saw a box , inside the box was a costly, imported wristwatch ,there was also a note with it. I read the note & smiled , it says, "Happy wedding, my little brother,".
At 10:00 A.M I reached the church with Kabir. Mom & Dad were already present over there & together they said,"Happy wedding Abhay, you are looking very nice today". I hugged each of them. There were many other guests but my eyes kept searching for my bride . Kabir understood that I was searching for Pia & said, "Relax bro, she will come on time. Dont take soo much tension." Right at that moment I saw Pia entering the church with Misha. She looked like an angel in the white wedding gaun. But her face was half hidden by a white veil, I wanted her to quickly open that veil & reveal her beautiful face . Slowly she came & stood beside me.
"Open that veil", I said to Pia.
"Wait", said Misha loudly scolding me.
"Dont scold him Misha", said Pia removing the veil from her face & giving me a clearer view of her face.
"You are looking very handsome today", said Pia to me.
"Thanks & I really dont have any words for you. You are looking too beautiful to be describe in words", I replied.
"You dont need words Abhay, your expressions are saying everything", said Kabir teasing me.
Soon the priest came & asked everyone to pay attention. After reading some passages from the bible he asked me, "Do you accept her as your wife"?
"I do", I replied.
Then he turned towards Pia & asked
"Do you accept this man as your husband"?
"I do", she replied.
"Then in the name of almighty I announced you both husband & wife. Congratulations, you both are married & now you can kiss each other", said the priest.
We both had a long kiss & Pia said in between the kiss, "I love you Mr. Abhay Raichand".
"I love you too, Mrs. Pia Abhay Raichand", I replied.
One thing I learned from my life, TRUE LOVE NEVER DIES.
