Now this is some awesome news. We know its been a long, disappointing and dreary road without some Vivian Dsena masala on the tube. Yes, the actor with enchanting eyes has been missing from action since Balajis super popular show Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani went off air in December 2011, wherein he was seen as Abhay-the vampire.
But guys, you wont have to suffer any longer as our sources have revealed that Vivian has been training hard and hitting the gym regularly for his role in an upcoming show.
Yes, I am preparing for my upcoming role. Its been two-to-three weeks since I have been hitting the gym. I work out for five days a week and every day I sweat it out for two and a half hours. And top of that, I play football four days a week. So I am on a strict fitness regime, informs Vivian.
So which show is he a part of? That is something I cant reveal at this point of time. It is quite early to talk now. But yes, my fans will soon see me back on television and this time, I will look more muscular and lean, smiles Vivian.
However, Vivian may choose to keep mum but reports suggest that he has been roped in opposite Drashti Dhami for BAG Films and Saurabh Tewarys (Nautanki Films) upcoming show on Colors, Shikhar.
Moving on, the smart looking actor also shares some fitness gyan with his fans.
Eat six times a day in small proportions. Have lot of fiber and cereal. This is to get a lean physique but if you want to gain weight then eat bananas, fruits, lot of juices after working out.
We hope your fans will take a note of it. Finally, he says goodbye with these words, Right now I am working out and of course, chilling out at home. But soon I will be back with a bang.
