1. This is ViViSi AT so discussions must be restricted to Vivian, Vishal, Siddhant or PKYEK only. General chitchat to a certain extent is tolerable but it should not run into pages.

* Discussions about other serials is strictly disallowed.

2. Quotes MUST be restricted to three times.

Particularly in one AT this is not observed by some members. So adding it in the rule book itself.
