Firstly let me tell all of u that piya is a human and abhay is a vampire. He has lived from last 200 years. So he has more control on his emotion wheras piya is just a teenage girl. Ek ladki apni bf ko kitna kyun bhi na trust kare she cant see him with another girl. This is human psychology rather I say girl's psychology. What do u think? If allina once comes to know that piya and abhay are together willn't she be jealous on piya? Ofcourse she will.
