Neil is an adopted son, he was adopted from an orphanage (Danish found that fom the history and had visted the orphanage but their Dipu bribed the registrar made him lie to Danish as Jey is the adopted son. After seeing the new promo, even I'm pretty sure Neel's dead and ya, there are possibilities he might be a vampire now though I highly doubt that. One thing is clear, though, that Neel was definitely a human that is why Abhay is so against Chandeena 'killing' him and he even saved him when he was attacked earlier (:
