Is Neil a WW?

Jeh said today all three Khurrana Kids will be with their mom Dipanita with their all powers. Does this mean that Neil is also a WW? It was earlier declared that Neil is an adopted child but again there is something bugging badly that how can a normal human live WW...i m totally confused!! Besides, Alina is really very nice as a friend i believe Abhay can not have a better companion than her ..she is far better than Piya who always looks forward with expectations and not believe in being selfless like Abhay is ...
