Why doesnt actors like Vivian Dsena receive awards - Page 4

The Jury gives awards to the actors on the basis of the popularity of the show in terms of TRPs and not Fandom. PKYEK is very popular among the youth but most of them watch it online which doesn't contribute to the TRPs . So many deserving actors don't get awards.

As far as Vivian Dsena is concerned, I think he has come a long way from his first dialogue and expression in the show and he still needs to polish his acting skills because the more you learn, the lesser it is. And to be frank Gurmeet Choudhary is a great actor as well but even he needs to improve a bit upon his dialogue delivery sometimes.

The only actor I found who deserved the best villain award was Sidhharth Karnik because he was simply flawless.

Very true Chakku...most of the awards are given to saas-bahu serials because of its popularity TRP wise and also depends on which channel its being telecast. Star one is not so popular when it comes to TRPs. Talk about Remix, Hip Hip Huraay, Left Right Left, all these shows were youth-oriented, they were surly a big hit among the youth but failed in the TRP race against saas-bahu soaps. I agree, Sidhant Karnick is a flawless actor, he is also abit senior to Vivian in acting..so the more Viv will Polish his skill, the better he will get. 😊

When we talk about giving the most reputed award of Best Actor and Actress, then the Actor/Actress should not be the one who is in improving stage. He/She can be given a new comer award but when Vivian was a new comer, he wasn't that good like he is now. So maybe it's too late to give him a new comer award and as far as the Best actor award goes, he has a long way to go for that also. But if there is any award for the Most Versatile actor, then Vivian surely is a tough competitor because he is portraying the most difficult role.

As far as best actors are concerned, I think Ronit Roy and Sidhharth karnik are the finest actors in the Tellywood maybe because they are senior or so but even they don't get awards now. So it's the TRPs that speak😉
