well when the approach of extinction is so near in your face..that time i think your thoughts and even a intelligent mastermind 's brain like chand's go numb...it is the fast approach of extinction and death that made his thoughts hesitant that very moment of impulse and it is very natural in that state...the first thing that came to his mind was the people who loved him and mattered to him the most when death was approaching..for the reason without thinking about his powers the first thing he did was call out to abhay remember? 😊..so i think it was pretty natural that chand became very hesitant was not thinking that moment..who would when their death was so near in front of their face a few inches away..right? 😊
