hey that used to happen with me too😆u know what i did i started eating ...ice ,...icecreams and all that things due to which i we catch flu...then i suffered from serious cold and fever but i kept on eating that even when my parents scolded me!and now i doesn't effect me!u know iron ko iron katta hai types😆
