yes now i do think you are right...may be they will do this thing in order to argue in court so that she can stay with them...but then isnt their marriage open to public...

and if you do think deeply...isnt it against the rules of vampire...when their marriage is known to public...

so i dont think that can happen...

No, actually it is only a crime if the girl reports saying that she was married forcibly against her wishes and no a minor marriage is unfortunately not invalid as per Indian law and that is the main reason why child marriages still take place in India. In fact if minors are even forcibly married, their marriage is still valid and the only way out for them is to either accept the marriage pr ask for divorce. They and nobody else can call them unmarried if they are married once irrespective of the age at which they are married.

Secondly, Piya was 17, when she entered college, but she celebrated her birthday after entering college, so maybe she turned 18 on that birthday.

if piya will deny to go dobrial house then how can mr. dobrial force them, and dobrial would be fail in court also if piya will deny with live then what's big deal, she can say i don't want to go with you. "previously she rejected dobrial now what is going on, she can live in hostle, "with out any reason cv "baat ko tul de rahe hai what do you think gusy.
