Two people are going to the Dehradun Hospital ICU ward as patients permanently and it's not Piya or Abhay.If you people have guessed it as soon as you read it yes your are right It's Misha and Kabir.

Abhay should feel possessive and jealous. Probably he may even forget that they are hiding the relationship and pull Pia from Kabir's arms.😉

i think this time they will show true thoughts of Abhay (point to be noted: till now they didnt show what Abhay was thinking in his mind)......he will be happy to see Kabir for being there for Pia as when he leaves, he wont have to worry abt Pia (it sounds funny even when i type this but it seems right according to New Moon🤣)
