Yes, Abhay can read Piya's mind. He always does. We have seen it several times...even in today's episode he reads her when she tries to read Siddharth's mind.

ofcourse yes....is there any doubt in that....

he can read all human minds...he can read piya's mind....when piya was trying to see if she can read sid's mind, he immediately interrupted her and he was thinking he should stop her in trying to do so, becoz she might try to find the reason why she is unable to read abhay's and sid's...so he stopped her...he can read everybody's mind...

even chand and abhay were saying that these symptoms have to be stopped otherwise piya unaware abt her vampire bite will not control her abilities and start spreading to the world
