so i don't think thats the reason...if he is a human i can understand this situation but he is a vampire he has all his ways to escape panchi to fulfill his motives in the party and not to break her heart and make her stay in her home

Also, he wants to make abhay to go all jealous.. he can't do that Panchi next to him..

Sid is very very focus about abhay and ring . For him every motives will lead to what he really want . Even he has soft corner for panchi ..he has just no feeling for her at this time . He want to reach piya and using panchi in process ....which actually leading to misunderstanding piya & panchi .
