either she knows about them...
or it can be just a coincidence...cvs wanted have this abhay-piya scene..so piya was sent to bring him to class...i mean that scene was imp and necessary....now viewers know that besides their love...abhay-piya have reached a comfort level that they can talk about anythign without any restraint...

i doubt she knows about piya yet...cuz sid is not supposed to know about her as yet....bt dunno..let's see how the story unfolds...
