Hey frnds! I'm Sanju, and some of you might know that I just recently joined this forum. I simply love pkyek and have decided to write my first n very short OS on AbhIya! Please do tell me what u think of it! thx a lot!
~ Peace ~ ll Prolouge ll
The story starts off from when Abhay reaveals his true identity to Piya *aka, today's fire scene*.

He knew what was coming the instant he gazed into her horrified chocolate-brown eyes. She was trembling wildly, and uncontrollably. Though Abhay had expected this very reaction from Piya, he felt a hard stab pierce through his dead heart. He wondered if anyone could hate himself more than he did in that one instant. It killed him for the second time, seeing the love of his life, frightened...of HIM....
"Piya..." He began, but he simply didn't know how to proceed further. "I'm sorry..." he concluded blankly. The grim silence around them seemed almost frightening. Neither of them knew what to say...how to react...
Abhay could hear Piya's breathing escape in loud, ragged gasps.
"Piya...just give me a chance...to explain..." He stepped in front of Piya, unaware of Piya's fright.
"Get away from me..." She mumbled.
In those four words, abhay felt himself defeated. "Just...go...away...." She whispered, fright still lining her words.
He moved back immediately. For the first time in 200 years, he felt tears spill out from his eyes....
"You...y-you're a...." she began.
He gazed at her, his heart sinking to his knees.
"Vampire..." He finished for her.... Piya couldn't breathe... She wished she had just died in the fire itself... then she wouldn't have to face...
"I told you...I had told you Piya... u cannot handle the truth...." Her lips were quivering, and her hands were clamped into tight fists.
"You're afraid...of me..." He stammered, falling to his knees. "I should have never showed you.... I should have kept it from you... It's all my fault Piya.... all my fault...."
Piya stood, unsure of what to do.... She didn't know why, but seeing abhay on the ground, defeated, hurt her.... It killed her from inside.... Had she not promised him that she would be strong? Had she not promised him to stay with him come what may...? It was time to fulfill those promises now... . She would do it... though part of her hated the thought of going near....IT....
She shook her head slowly, forcing herself to bend down next to Abhay. "No...abhay. I have...the right...to know...what you are...."
He looked at her blankly. "I have lost everyone, Piya.... Everyone....First, Maithili....My foster parents...and now... even you.... I'm so misfortunate that I am not destined to have friends at all....."
Piya slowly lifted his chin, with trembling hands.... "No abhay...you will ALWAYS have one person beside you.... holding your hand...sharing your pain...your happiness... and that's ME. I will NEVER leave your side Abhay... I had promised you one day, that no matter what your truth may be, I will stay with you... I will help you.... and I WILL abhay....Forever and always...."
The moment the words had escaped her mouth, Piya couldn't believe she had said them. Abhay was stunned.
"No...you're lying Piya... you will leave me...alone...just like everyone else.... and that's the sensible thing to do Piya... Leave me... Being with me will just put you in danger....."
He said, weakly.
"It's too late for that Abhay.... I love you.... I CANNOT leave you....As far as danger goes, if you're with me...holding my hand... i am prepared to face even death...."
She whispered, in response...
" Just look at me Piya! Open your eyes and see the reality! I'm a killer Piya.... nothing more...." He growled.
"Not to me...." She replied as firmly as she could. "If it weren't for you, i wouldn't be ALIVE Abhay.... I OWE this to u.... I owe MY LIFE to u Abhay...."
"Why Piya?"
Cried Abhay.
"Why do you love me...? You could get any guy in the world...anyone could love u... and yet....you love me...? Even though I'm a..."
She placed her hand over his mouth, silencing him.
"Shhh.....don't say anything more Abhay....you're the most special person to me.... You believed me when my friends didn't.... u stayed by my side when I needed u the most.... How could I NOT love u abhay...?"
Hot tears rolled down his cheeks uncontrollably.... For the first time he had someone to wipe them away...to comfort him.... he had PIYA..... In 200 years, he had never felt this COMPLETE as he did that night, wrapped in her arms, free of his haunting past. It had been centuries since he faced an emotion like the one he was feeling at that moment.... He felt Happy.....He felt like the missing piece in his life had been found.... And it was.... He had found his SOUL-MATE...He had found the LIFE he had been searching for...immersed in Piya's arms....
