It goes like.. They can't change after they are bitten! For example, if you get bitten and changed when you are 30 year old, you would stay 30 for the rest of your life. Maybe Chand was bitten when he was old, and he is supposed to stay old after this, 'cause vampires don't have any physical changes in their body!

may b abhay's father drinks alohol so unka face hi aisa ho gaya😆 waise ye raichand family to bas peeti rehti hai esp chaandeena all time they have that glass in their hands drinkng blood i guess😆
