Pyaar Kii Ek Kahaani on STAR One is now taking an interesting turn with Abhay no longer trying to hide his supernatural powers. |
The latest in the show is that Piya is at Abhay's house and she is surprised as Abhay rushes in lightening speed to catch a flower vase before it can break, and before that he picked and jumped into a creek to safely land on ground. What remains to be seen is whether Abhay's unique power manages to impress Piya or scares her away and how will this affect her relationship with Kabir.
Kabir aka Vishal Gandhi is very excited about the latest track in the show. When asked about his views on the theme of the show he says "Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani is a trendsetter. I am quite confident that in the future when there are more shows based on the supernatural, people will give the example of our show and about Vivian and the rest of the Raichand family's characters. Right from the time I was offered the role of Kabir I loved this concept that Ekta madam has come up with".
The actor reveals that even though he has been part of shows like Aahat and Pyaar Kii Ek Kahaani, he does not believe in the supernatural in real life. Vishal says "I do not believe in anything till I experience it and I have not had any experience with the supernatural till date". However he is quite fond of movies and books on the subject. "I absolutely loved the Twilight series and when it comes to books I do not read much but yes I liked The Secret" he reveals.
When asked if he has heard of any spooky incident that anyone he knows has experienced Vishal reveals "Once when we were shooting for a thriller show at night at some deserted station after Panvel we had an unforgettable experience. Suddenly in between the shot we heard the loud noise of some horn. At first we were scared but then thought it must be a car or truck. Later we realized that it was a train that our team had hired for the shoot. It was a horror show and the environment was such that we got scared but afterwards we had a good laugh over the incident".
Vishal also reveals that Pyaar Kii Ek Kahaani has helped him get a better body. Vishal says "Before the show I was not very conscious about my body and fitness. Ekta madam instructed me to get a more muscular body for this role and that is when I started paying more attention to my workout. I now work out at least 4 times a week and Vivian and I gorge on healthy snacks like banana's and nutria bars every 2 hours". As for the fittest actor in the industry Vishal says "It has to be my favourite Salman Khan. I do not aim for a body as muscular as his but I want to be as fit as him".
Returning back to Pyaar Kii Ek Kahaani Vishal quips "There are lots of exciting twists and turns coming up so keep watching".
