Her plan is mostly that she thinks no sane girl will agree to marry Shiv after knowing about his past and his medical condition.. So that's why she wants shakti to know about this after wedding so she would feel shiv and his family cheated her and her family, and trapped her in this marriage..

Mandira is also creating a misunderstanding for shiv by making shakti hide why she said yes for the wedding.. Mandira clearly underestimates Shiv Shakti's relationship.. Before(I think it will be before) or after marriage whenever shakti learns about shiv she will accept him...

And Mandira's plan has already failed of creating misunderstanding between shiv shakti..Shiv is not angry with shakti even when he doesn't know why shakti agreed to get married.. It's his love and care for her that doesn't want this marriage.. The only thing shiv shakti are feeling is guilt for not telling each other the truth..

So Shiv sends a letter to Shakti detailing his past. He entrusts Nandu to deliver the letter and Mandira overhears it. She'll definitely try to sabotage the letter. Yeh Mandira bewajah tension le rahi hai. Even if Shakti finds out about Shiv's past, she won't leave him. Mandira is simply wasting her energy planning and plotting. But why couldn't Shiv send a message to Shakti or talk to her in person. What's with this baba aadam ke zamane ke ideas?

@Underlined- In his detailing of his past it didn't seem the kid is Shiv's.. And he didn't mention his medical condition..Only the first page will reach Shakti, baaki pages keertan will take maybe..

I am really liking that Mandira, keertan and koyal thinks Shakti will not marry if she gets to know the truth... Accha popat hone wala hai inn teeno ka

No. We could hear only the intro of the letter read by Shakti. There Shiv mentioned that he separated a kid from his mom and a mom from a kid. That's it.
